This is correct, the last Matrox Driver that supports QT is 2.6.2, available for 10.9.5.

2.6.2 is the special QT based driver for OS 10.9.5 Mavericks I was referring too. It will not work with Yosemite or El Capitan.

Unfortunately no, these drivers are not QT based, our last QT based driver is 2.6.1, available for mountain Lion and a special driver available for Mavericks upon request.
