The MXO2 interfaces with QuickTime and thus uses the QT engine for the encoding and decoding of the video. So, the MXO2 will work with any app that supports the Quicktime Vout component and because it's Quicktime doing the playback, the video should be the same in all the supported apps. <br />As for now SD is done and if it's pixel for pixel. All the outputs of the MXO2 are 1:1 display.
