Hi! I have bought Monarch HD in internet auction, but when i try to register my device it fail with "Device aready registered" error.
How to register it from previous user to me?

Please private message me the serial number of the unit. We will un-register it from the original owner so that you can re-register it.

Unfortunately, i can not send private messages because i'm not registered user. I can't register because device serial number, is already registered. Rolling Eyes

It's no problem. You can just email us at monarchhdsupport@matrox.com

In the subject line, write down 'ATT: Joe - regarding Monarch registration'

I will take care of it right away.

Thanks for the email. We have cleared the registration from the previous owner. You should now be able to register the device under your own Matrox account.
