Hello and thank you for your interest in Matrox products. The Matrox Axio LE does not support the Mac OS http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/axio/rec/

If you are looking for an I/O device that has monitoring you should look at our MXO2 family of products which start at $449USD http://www.matrox.com/video/en/products/mac/mxo2_family/
