Is the Axio compatible with Windows XP 64 bit or just Vista 64 bit?

Hello, its only Visa 64-bit...The Matrox Axio LE editing system requires Microsoft Windows Vista Business or Ultimate (32- or 64-bit), or Microsoft Windows XP Professional (32-bit) with Service Pack 3.
